Terms of Use

By accessing WebFlipz you agree to use the marketplace for lawful evaluation and transaction of digital assets. Listings may include confidential information subject to NDA unlocks. You must not scrape, circumvent access controls, or contact sellers outside approved channels when an NDA applies.

Marketplace role

WebFlipz provides listing and discovery tools. Unless a transaction is completed through an approved payment flow, WebFlipz is not a party to the sale between buyer and seller.

Seller responsibilities

Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of listing data, ownership rights, and any verification claims they publish. False or misleading listings may be removed.

Buyer responsibilities

Buyers must perform independent due diligence. Estimates from the valuation tool are informational only and are not appraisals or guarantees of market value.

Accounts and access

Seller tooling may be gated by temporary admin credentials until full authentication is enabled. You must keep access credentials confidential.
